A Half Hollow Hills Community Library Adult Library Card, in good standing, allows you to make a museum reservation. All Pick-Up Passes must be picked up and dropped off at the Dix Hills Library Branch ONLY.  

Each museum has its own policy regarding visits.  We suggest contacting the museum to confirm their hours for your date of visit. 

The Library is not responsible for unannounced museum closings.

HOW TO RESERVE A PICK-UP PASS

• Choose the specific museum and reserve the day you would like to visit. 
• Pick up the pass after 3pm the day before your visit, at the Dix Hills branch.
• Return passes the day after your visit by 11am to the Public Service Desk, at the Dix Hills branch.  (Sunday drop off at 12pm when the library opens.)
• Do not return passes in book drop.

HOW TO RESERVE PRINT-ON-DEMAND (Printer icon is next to these museums)

• Choose the specific museum and reserve for the day you would like to visit. 
• Review the reservation to make sure the museum and date are correct.
• Confirm reservation. 
• Print-On-Demand passes can be printed at home or at the library from the time of reservation through the day of visit.
